Provider rules
Lead data-use & provider standards
Permitted use
Use a supplied lead only to evaluate and respond to the specific request for which it was provided and to maintain reasonable records of that requested relationship.
Not permitted
Do not resell, broker as data, publish, enrich for unrelated profiling or add supplied leads to unrelated marketing lists.
Security
Restrict access to people who need the information for the response, use reasonable safeguards, and delete/de-identify unused copies when no longer reasonably needed.
Education claims
Providers must not make unsupported employment, salary, placement, accreditation or outcome claims. Program pricing, prerequisites, workload, refund terms and credential type should be represented accurately.
Quality controls
Routing may consider geography, capability, availability, response performance and fit. Providers may be paused or removed for complaints, non-response, inaccurate claims, privacy/security concerns or regulatory risk.
